Traversing the canyons of ministry alongside of you…
Knowing where to turn when things are difficult can feel hopeless, especially for those in cross-cultural ministry. There are a million pressures, your pastor doesn’t really get it, your coworkers or ORG are part of the problem, it’s loud, nothing feels normal or safe….the list is never ending. You need a safe person outside of your bubble to listen to you, to help you process your experiences, remember that God is faithful and present and to re-affirm what God is doing IN and THROUGH you!
Who we are
Jeremiah and Becca have been in ministry and working cross-culturally for 20 years. From a brick hut in the Dominican Republic right after being married, to living in “small rural cities” with millions of people in the foothills of the Himalayas, we’ve worked and ministered among a variety of people and locations .
The Lord currently has us planted in Flagstaff AZ, near the Grand Canyon where we use our experiences and skills to help care for cross-cultural workers serving stateside and around the world.
We have been there - language learning, teammates, culture shock, raising a family, leadership challenges - we struggled to find someone to listen to our highs and lows, our joys and struggles while serving overseas. AND God is faithful! He cared for us and used us, and more importantly refined us into people that could care for fellow members of His body, and especially His global workers!
Virtual care
Phone calls, texts, voice memos or any of the video apps work for us. We are here to support you in whatever circumstance or location He has you! We have regular calls with workers in every corner of the world, stage of life and ministry, from different organizations and independent workers. We’d love to connect with YOU!
On field specialized care
If you (or your “sent-one”) have a need that cannot be met virtually or in-person here on location, we’d love to discuss options for us coming to you, whether to your field of service or another possible location. Contact us to start the conversation for on-field care!
Debriefing and respite
We offer individual and whole family debriefing, to intentionally unpack your journey, give you space to be heard, help you see God’s hand at work, and provide tools to get you back on your feet! We also have a network of people offering housing to missionaries needing R&R!
